I use my Maxpedition Janus extension Pouch as a First Aid Kit. This kit can be stored perfectly in the Nalgene bottle holder of many Maxp Versipacks as you can see on the picture. The problem is if the Janus is very full you can’t grab it very comfortable out of the bottle holder. So I build a little grab handle of paracord.

Thread a piece of paracord through the velcro stripes on both sides, connect them with a knot an put the knot under the velcro.

Take a second piece of paracord and wrap it in a kind you like around the first paracord. I choose the bracelet style. You can find many instructions in the internet ( e.g. here ).
